Who Does What for NYFTE

NYFTE has several levels of organisation.

The trustees manage the more general aspects of the organisation, such as ensuring the aims and objectives are met and that the organisation is financially sound.

In charge of team performance (and all that associated with it such as festival liaison, recruitment, performance content design / composition etc) are the artistic and technical directors, ably supported by the deputy artistic director, assistant music coordinator and costume coordinator not to mention the plethora of parents that take on many jobs of varying sizes.

Other elected roles (e.g. secretary, treasurer and Chippenham event organiser) and unelected roles (e.g. costume helpers and first aid provision) are generally carried out by the parents of current team members.
