The AGM of NYFTE, charity number 1203573, will take place on
Monday 2nd June at 19:00.
The meeting will be conducted virtually using Microsoft Teams teleconferencing. Details of how to connect have been circulated to members by email.

1) Chairman’s introduction and notes on membership and voting

2) Declarations of interest
To allow attendees to declare any conflicts.

3) Matters arising, including minutes of the 2024 AGM.
Actions arising from the previous AGM and approval of the minutes of that meeting.

4) Trustees Report
An overview of the charity's work over the last year, including items from the leadership team; key successes, challenges and risks, and next year's plans.

5) Annual accounts
The charity’s financial position and performance for 2024, including setting fees and appointment of an external scrutineer for the accounts.

6) Election of Trustees
It is required that one third of trustees stand down each year.

7) Any other business
To address any matters arising on the day.

Recent News
The dates for NYFTE performances have been released, and include appearances at Chippenham, Kimpton and Otley Folk Festivals, as well as our own Bristol Youth Folk event. Watch the News page for more information.

NYFTE took Sidmouth Folk Festival by storm, performing over the first weekend. Current and past members of the team also took part in many other events, from calling, the John Gasson Jig Competition and the Eye on the Future concert.
